This policy applies to:
- All staff and volunteers
- Committee members and trustees
- Club organisers and group leaders
- Anyone working with or supervising children or vulnerable adults on behalf of the hall
Key Safeguarding Measures
- Volunteers and staff involved in regulated activity will undergo DBS checks where required.
- All individuals working with vulnerable groups will be expected to follow safeguarding guidance and behave appropriately at all times.
- Clear procedures are in place to report concerns or incidents confidentially and without fear of retaliation.

If you are concerned about the safety or wellbeing of a child, young person, or vulnerable adult while attending the hall, please take action immediately.

β Training and Awareness
- Those working in relevant roles will be encouraged to complete basic safeguarding awareness training.
- Information about safeguarding is available to all regular users of the hall.
- We are happy to support club organisers in putting appropriate safeguarding arrangements in place.
